("Sentio" or the "Company"), a real estate investment trust focused on healthcare-related real estate, today announced that it has increased the offer price pursuant to its previously announced tender offer to $9.00 per share from $8.50 per share for up to $35 million (or approximately 3.9 million shares) of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock (the "Offer"). Unless extended, the Offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday June 12, 2014.
Stockholders who have not previously tendered shares and who desire to tender all or any portion of their shares for repurchase in accordance with the terms of the Offer should complete and sign the Letter of Transmittal included with the amended tender offer materials and deliver it to the Company in the manner set forth in those materials.
Stockholders who have previously tendered shares pursuant to the Offer are not required to take any further action to receive the increased purchase price of $9.00 per share, if shares are accepted for payment and paid for pursuant to the Offer.
The Company's shares are not listed for trading on a securities exchange or over-the-counter market. The Offer price reflects the Company's determination of an appropriate liquidity discount.
